Aluminium
Receptions and indoor signs:
We offer custom made, cut out aluminium receptions signs. These are usually applied to the wall, brick or drywall, via pins. This gives you the brilliant 3D look, that is usually the goal when it comes to reception signs. These can be finished in either anodized, brushed or polished aluminium (anodized being your best bet) or sprayed to your specific pantone reference. For more intricate or detailed logo's, we offer a full colour vinyl print, applied to the raised aluminium.
Outdoor signs:
Aluminium is probably the best material to use outdoors, as it does not rust and has a very long lifespan. As per the indoor aluminium signs, we can finish these in anodized, brushed or polished aluminium, but here again anodized is your best bet. There signs can also be sprayed to your pantone reference, or full colour vinyl prints can be applied. The individual elements are attached to the wall via the same pin system, as per the indoor signs. This in turn gives the 3D effect, and the very popular shadow effect on the backing wall.
Reverse cut out and engraved signs:
There is another, quite popular, method of creating "something different" when it comes to aluminium signs. We can do reverse cut out's of your logo, into the aluminium plate. As you can see, this creates quite a unique look, and in turn is quite eye catching. We do also offer engraved aluminium. This is usually filled with a paint pigment or pantone of your choice. The main reason for this type of sign is that the filled area, that looks like cut out vinyl, will never peel off, or in other works lasts a very long time. Downside is that its quite a bit more expensive than the cut out vinyl option.
Backing board signs:
To create a truly elegant or classy effect, its a great idea to add an aluminium backing plate. This is usually mounted to the wall via aluminium barrel spacers. This in turn creates the floating or 3D effect. On top of this, you can do raised aluminium cut out elements, or just cut out vinyl, applied flush. Here again, your aluminium cut out elements can be finished in anodized, brushed or polished aluminium or finished to your corporate pantone colours.
Halo effect - Neon backlighting:
For the absolute best result, for your signage needs, you would have to consider aluminium cut out elements, or your logo, with neon backlighting. This creates an amazing, and extremely eye catching "halo" effect around your logo, or the individual elements. The neon also come in a variety of colours, thus you can match it up with your corporate brand colours. Here again, your aluminium cut out elements can be finished in anodized, brushed or polished aluminium or finished to your corporate pantone colours.
