PVC signage
PVC has become one of the most popular materials in the signage industry, mostly due to its large size options and low costs. PVC can be printed in single sheets, thus no joints, up to 5m wide. Here are a couple of the options available:
PVC with tensioning system:
The cheapest option is to simply attach a tensioning system directly to your wall, roofing or existing frame. This is a lightweight aluminium frame, with an insert that is used to stretch the actual PVC print into place, giving you the final product, as seen in the pic's of previous jobs that have been done.
Large format or billboard options:
We do not offer actual pylon billboard structures, due to the immense costs involved, but we can help you out with quite large format signage. We can manufacture frame systems, to be applied to your building, or freestanding signs at almost any size. These signs are normally putt together by stretching the PVC print around the actual frame, or also making use of tensing systems as explained above and others such as pocket and bar systems.
