PVC banners can be made at virtually any custom size. PVC has a good lifespan for indoor and outdoor use.
Here are some different ways of using a PVC banner.
Spiritflex tension system:
Using “Spiritflex” on a steel frame or mounting flush to a wall surface we stretch the PVC banner to give it a flat look.
This is a great option for short to medium term signs as the banner can be replaced at a fraction of the cost of a new sign. We print directly on the PVC for a perfect full colour sign.
We also print on our backlit PVC for light boxes.
Pocket and bar system:
This method is used for larger banners. The edges of the PVC banner has a “welded” pocket with a steel bar on the inside.
Using steel hooks on a frame, the banner is stretched for a flat look.
Eyelets:
Using heavy duty “eyelets” on the edge of the PCV banner we can stretch the banner in a steel frame or use rope to hang the banner on just about any surface.
Screw method:
This method is used for short term PVC signs.
The PVC banner is stretched over a steel frame and using self tapping screws to secure the banner in place.
