The material used to produce these pvc banners is a heavy weight vinyl, technically known as PVC, which can withstand exposure to the elements for 1-3 years. We do also offer printed banners in various fabric options. There are various methods of production of PVC or vinyl banners. This material is widely used in pull up banner, A-frame banners, Banner poles and PVC signage like billboards and large scale PVC signs.
Digitally printed banners: Large format inkjet printers that print with aqueous (water based), eco solvent inks, which in some printers may be UV-curable to provide better resistance to the weather. The common sizes available are, 1370mm, 3200mm and up to 5000mm wide.
It is necessary to specify if you require eyelets and how many you would need to ensure your PVC Banner is secured properly wherever you choose to use it. Eyelets are the nickel holes that enable the banner to be hung on fence posts, walls, or on the side of buildings. In windy conditions, if eyelets are not re-inforced, they will easily tear out of the banner. Other finishing techniques include pockets, Velcro strips or re-inforced edging.
Storing your Vinyl Banners – Do not store in a humid or hot environment. Vinyl signs should be rolled up with the print / graphics facing outward. Gently wipe clean with damp cloth. Do not use and soaps, cleaners or solvents. Products such as the pull up banner and a-frame banners come with protective carry bags.
