Screen Printing
Screen printing produces vivid colours, even on darker fabrics. The ink lies in layers on the surface of the fabric, which gives the print a pleasingly tactile quality.
We can screen print up to 6 individual colours and it is by far the most affordable way of printing large quantities.
Digital Transfer & Sublimation Printing
Digital transfer printing involves printing your design onto special transfer paper using high-quality ink, then applying it to the garment using heat and pressure. This method is ideal for small runs, multi-colour prints, and cotton fabrics like t-shirts, hoodies, caps, and tote bags.
Sublimation printing uses heat to permanently bond full-colour ink into polyester fibres. The result is a vivid, durable print that won’t crack, peel or fade—perfect for sportswear, corporate uniforms, and branded polyester t-shirts or vests.
Direct to Garment Printing
DTG printing, also known as direct to garment printing, is when a digital image design is printed onto the garment.
DTG printers offer a more efficient process than screen printing and have benefits like cost and time saving, efficient production, and the requirement of only a single operator per machine.
Embroidery
Embroidery is a decorative stitch that is placed on the garment to advertise your logo or brand on the garment. Some styles need the pocket, front, or sleeve to be embroidered.
Embroidery is generally only offered on high gram garments.

How long does it take to produce printed t-shirts?
Lead time is typically 5–7 working days from artwork approval. For large orders or complex branding, we’ll advise on timelines. Rush orders can be accommodated depending on stock and capacity.
